52 Weeks Project ~ Week 12

“Photographs are about light, lines, and moments….And what is in or out of focus can significantly change how the story is told.” ~ David Duchemin.

Chaos. Everyday. The house starts as clean and orderly and by the end of the day…this. And it is only a fraction of the clean up!

This week’s theme was to shoot at a ‘tighter aperture’, meaning more of the scene is in focus to tell our story. I had big plans of going out with the dogs and taking photos in a beautiful scenic location but as day to day events unfold, that didn’t happen. So at the end of the day I looked around at the mess that we clean up each day and thought ‘these are the true moments’. The beautiful, chaotic, real moments. And Pickle had to make an appearance, too!
